"Bantz is the ultimate players coach. He helped me expand my knowledge and understanding of the game starting at a young age and into today that has help me get to where I am today. He KNOWS the game and what it takes to make it to the next level. He works personally to help each player grow their game and create the next group of college and professional athletes."
Casey Optiz, Uni. Of Arkansas/Chicago Cubs
"Brandon is an exceptional instructor. He LISTENS, motivates, and tailors his coaching style to the specific individual he is working with. Brandon also hits on the mental side of the game, which is arguably the most important side. The effort he puts in to build relationships that go far beyond the sport is what separates him from the rest. I would have not made it to where I am today without him and I am grateful to call him a coach and friend."
Taylor Lynch, Oklahoma State University
"Brandon has played a major role in my offensive, and defensive development throughout my playing career. His ability to recognize key adjustments in a short amount of time ensures quicker success. He brings a swagger that can only be duplicated by a big league guy, his experience is second to none and anyone he works with will become a better player undoubtedly!"
Anthony Ferrante, Newman University
"I couldn't say enough great things about Brandon and his training! He helped me grow my skills immensely while home from college. His hitting technique is top notch, and could benefit players at any level!"
Carley Benninghoff (Haizlip), University of Arkansas
"Brandon and I have know each other for years, since we played together with the Seattle Mariners. He has continued his baseball career as an instructor who is knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. Brandon cares about the individual and has been there for me with a detailed-oriented approach that has helped in the offseason and during the course of the year. He truly wants to get to know how the individual works and learns and applies that to his teaching methods. Thanks Brandon!"
Brad Miller, 10 year MLB Veteran
"Working with Brandon was one of the most pivotal points in my time playing baseball thus far. The mechanical part of the swing was huge and always on point, but the way he works on the mental side is what sets him apart. He is who I credit to having confidence whenever I step in the box, no matter who is 60 ft 6 in away. The relationship Brandon and I built over the time I was with him was a bond that can’t be broken. I would always look forward for the 30 min or hour I had with him during the week. He was someone who I could always talk to about anything. He made me feel safe in the time I spent with him. I’m glad I got the opportunity to train with Brandon and now call him a friend."

"I don’t know where to start with Coach Brandon, but man does he know the game. After just a few swings off the tee, he already knew what to adjust and explain “the why” in a way I could understand it. He was able to get me to a different place and a different thought process than I ever believed possible when I swing. As soon as I put everything together, my swing never felt so effortlessly powerful. It surprised me, and it still continues to surprise me every time the ball leaves my bat, how much stronger and harder I am hitting the ball. The way he broke down not just game but life, changed me forever. Getting to know Coach Brandon and having him as a mentor… it’s an absolute blessing. As soon as I spoke to Coach Brandon, just a simple conversation, I knew he wanted to make me better in every aspect. He’s the epitome of a great coach and I’m forever grateful for him."

"Throughout my playing career, Brandon has been instrumental in my offensive development. He pays attention, Encourages, and personalize his coaching technique to the individual with whom he is working. He carries himself with a confidence that only a major leaguer can match. Without him, I would not be where I am now, and I am thankful to have him as a coach and friend."
Savannah Desrochers, University of Kansas
"The first time I met Coach Bantz was through a zoom call while attending a remote training catching clinic put on during the start of the pandemic. I was a senior in high school, trying to prepare myself to go into college the following year and be a starter as a freshman. All I knew about Coach Bantz is that he was a former big leaguer who really knew his stuff when it came to catching. Throughout the one hour zoom call I was learned more about the subtleties of catching that you rarely hear from your average coach that really took my game to the next level. After the hour-long session, I had some questions regarding different philosophies Bantz had on catching. He quickly offered to jump on a private video call with me so he could better explain it to me. Not only did Bantz explain why he believes in the catching techniques he does, but he also gave me personal examples of why these catching techniques helped him while playing for the Mariners. Bantz spent close to an hour of his personal time just so he could give more information to an interested player. Over the past 3 years, while I have been playing in college, Bantz has continued to check in with me. He has always been more than happy to make time to answer questions I have about catching."
Tyler Miller, Bellevue CC
"I have been around baseball as a player and coach for over 40 years. I played at the D-1 and professional levels as well as coached and developed players at every level from the professional, collegiate, high school, and youth ranks. Out of all of the people I have met along my journey, Brandon Bantz stands out to me. Not only is he one of the best baseball minds I have met, he is also one of the greatest men I have had the pleasure to be around. His ability to articulate high level concepts and information that are integral to the complete development of every athlete no matter the age or skill level is some of the best I have ever seen. I am grateful for my personal and professional relationship with him."
Kevin Miller, 3-time All-American at University of Washington, 3rd Round pick Oakland Athletics, Former Director of Baden Baseball Club, Currently in charge of Player Development at EL1 Sports
"Coach Bantz is a straight up DUDE. He understands the nuances of catching and is able to teach at a high-level focusing on technique and feel. In a position on the field where every centimeter matters, Coach Bantz helps catchers gain every advantage possible. He is easy to work with and personable. I’m sure I’ll take the lessons I learned from Coach Bantz to the next level."

"I had the privilege of coaching Brandon in college and we have stayed in close contact ever since. Brandon’s experiences and influences have shaped him into a transformational coach. Brandon was an extremely talented player but he was not a “natural.” He had tremendous work ethic and the desire to learn and develop. Those traits propelled him all the way to the Major Leagues. Those same traits along with his genuine care for his players beyond the field is why I recommend you work with Brandon. He will leave no stone unturned to help you reach your full potential and in the process he will develop a relationship with you and will seek to help you grow as a person as much as he will help you as a player."
Dan Heefner, Head Baseball Coach, Dallas Baptist University
"Having Brandon as a teammate for years in college, I am confident that whoever has the privilege of working with him will receive great effort and detailed instruction. He separated himself as a defender, all the way to the highest level. There’s no doubt his experience will be felt and seen, but more importantly, I believe he will have a good influence on young men’s character."
